The Mandurah program is divided into:
Mandurah Jetty School Program - Thursday morning weekly rotating across different locations and tailored specifically for Education Support Centres to enable students to experience recreational fishing in a safe environment. Mandurah Boat Program - Departs Thursday mornings from the Jetty on the main foreshore in Mandurah (near the Bay Cafe) Arrive at 9:15am for a prompt 9:30am departure. For enquiries please contact Dave Butler on 0417 949 328.
Mandurah Jetty Program – Thursday morning weekly rotating across different locations and open to any child or adult requiring support to experience recreational fishing. Lisette Laval is the Mandurah Jetty Program Coordinator. For enquiries please contact Dee Castillo on 0439 916 721.
All fishing activities are at NO cost to participants. Fishability provide all the fishing equipment. Our volunteers are all police cleared and hold current Working with Children Cards.
All of our activities are SunSmart and we encourage all participants, support workers and volunteers to adhere to our SunSmart policy and wear suitable clothing for the conditions.
We require participants to be a minimum of 1.2 metres high for the vessel activities and we recommend that participants are a minimum of 1.2 metres high for the jetty activities.
Please bring suitable clothing, coats and hats and enclosed shoes, for the weather conditions plus a drink and snack if you like.

If the activity is to be cancelled due to inclement weather, you will receive an email the day before.
Please Note: While Fishability, and its volunteers, employ safe fishing practices, there are inherent risks associated with fishing that are out of the control of Fishability and its volunteers. By registering for fishing activities, participants assume their own responsibility to those risks inherent with the activity.
