While Fishability, and its volunteers, employ safe fishing practices during its shore-based and boat activities, there are inherent risks associated with shore-based and boat fishing that are out of Fishability, and its volunteers’ control. By registering for shore-based and/or boat activities, participants assume their own responsibility to those risks inherent with the activity.
